You can rely on our extensive practical experience regarding each of these services and on us giving you our personal attention.  Through the REVIT Interreg IIIB project, we have published a stakeholder engagement toolkit that is used in Germany, France, The Netherlands and UK.

Whilst this provides a good framework you can also be assured that we are flexible and able to 'read' local needs.  In this respect, you can expect us to work closely with you to ensure that we fully understand the scope and context of our assignments, whilst remaining independent and objective.  We are flexible in our approach and can deal with large gatherings, small focus groups, as well as being comfortable with a range of interest groups and job types.

We assess the most appropriate engagement process to use in every case.  We use more than 30 methods to reach our stakeholders productively.  These can be supported by literature, web-based contacts and information, and audio- visual aids such as videos, if appropriate.
