EU flagWe work closely with project promoters to develop, manage and complete all the forms needed for the intriguing word of EU funding from the Interreg A, B and C programmes. 
This includes:

  • Starting with a project idea
  • Finding suitable partners in the EU
  • Developing project proposals (including running workshops and taking care of all the communications and logistics!)
  • Preparing detailed applications for submission.

Whew…..

And when that is done

  • Managing the partnership, project elements and communications.
  • Preparing and submitting claims and activity reports
  • Setting up files so that they read like a story for any audit that takes place!
  • Running workshops, meetings, events and conferences.

And when that is all done

  • Making sure that the project is "put to bed" so snugly that if it is looked at again in a few years time, all the documentation is in order and all involved can sleep well.
