Destination Management & Tourism

We love to travel and try out all the things there are to do, different places to stay and soak up the culture and heritage of different places.

This has been translated into our practical approach to projects that are in the domain of Destination Management and Tourism.

We have led on developing long distance cycle trails and footpaths in Wales - from Brecon to Cardiff (The Taff Trail) and from North to South (National Route 8).  Plus doing all the background work, economic analysis, implementation of practical works, databases to manage the maintenance and the publicity and marketing to support new routes.

We are committed to tourism development that is truly sustainable and offers services in sustainable tourism development and management that are integrated with market development, such as the Beacons Bus that provides for walkers and cyclist on the weekends.

We are currently managing the COLLABOR8 project. This project involves 9 partners from 4 different countries-is €10.5million and focused on cluster working between tourism businesses. The unique feature of this project is that businesses are working to similar codes of practice based on high quality, sustainability, local distinctiveness and maximising new technology.
