As projects enter their final year and/or phases, you will know that this is a crucial time in the project’s life-cycle.  You can rely on our 15 years experience in developing, managing and preparing EU funded projects for audit.  This has been gained whilst working for the charitable sector for 10 years and recently working for 5 years as senior officers and consultants for Torfaen County Borough Council and Medway Council.

Project Management

bulletTo review your project against the original bid and compliance with the funding and project regulations.  This health check can assist you to identify key issues that need to be resolved before the end of the project.
bulletTo collate and prepare evidence pertaining to your project in preparation for the final audit.  We will go through all the claims to check and verify evidence and prepare a single reference source for ease of audit.
bulletTo prepare final activity reports and claims.  We are happy to deal with this work if you have a need. 
bulletTo organize final conferences and events.  We have a wealth of experience in organizing conferences and events both in the UK and in the EU.  We look to making these a little different so that they are remembered and are participatory. 

Finance Management

bulletTo review the finance management and funding related to the project.  We can check the eligibility of expenditure and match this with evidence and outputs before the end of the project period, allowing time to correct or update details.  We can also review the match funding position of the project.
bulletTo prepare and apply for budget line modifications.  We are happy to deal with this work if you have a need.  We have a good working relationship with the JTS and have successfully applied for two sets of budget line modifications.
bulletTo prepare final claims.  We are happy to deal with this work if you have a need.
